“I feel it in my fingers,
I feel it in my toes,
Christmas is all around me,
and so the feeling grows”
The lyrics to this widely acclaimed Christmas hit and sort of a more festive variation of The Troggs original song describe precisely what most of us have been feeling since early November, almost. The only thing missing is that Christmas feelings have been as much in our ears as in our fingers and toes, if not more so. Christmas songs are a big deal and everyone knows it: radio channels, shopping malls, TV commercials, your favourite bookstore or that starbucks you go to every day. Christmas songs are all around. Some love them and some hate them but no one can escape them!
And if you somehow magically made it through all this time without some proper toe curling anticipation for Christmas(you naughty!), we exactly know how to put you out of your misery.
Lean back and let us do the job and don’t be alarmed if your heart grows three sizes!
Remember, there’s always a way to get back on the nice list.
